You have an ASUS OEM_SLP Product Key on a system which appears to have a retail motherboard. This will never work. From where did you acquire this copy of Windows?
What is the actual make and model of machine? Have you changed the motherboard?

Monday, 28 May 2012 1:22 PMI got the Windows from a friend. i'm not sure what you mean with the make and model, but it was a self built. I haven't changed the motherboard.

Your friend copied this Windows from his own computer or from the internet. It is an OEM SLP (original equipment manufacturer system-locked preinstallation) copy which means it is not valid except on the computer it shipped with.
Windows License Type: OEM SLP
OEM SLP copies cannot be used on custom computers because they require codes in the SLIC table in the BIOS, which is not present in retail motherboards. OEM copies cannot be transferred from the original computers to new ones.
You need to purchase a retail full license copy of Windows and reinstall.

I haven't changed the motherboard. The installation is not genuine, and cannot be made genuine, unless you purchase a full retail license for Windows 7 Ultimate.I would suggest that a better option (and certainly a cheaper one) would be to purchase a Full Retail pack for either Home Premium or Pro - depending on whether you need the extra functionality that Pro provides.
