How to (inexpensively) replace illegal Win 7 with a legal one

A mission in Ecuador (http://www.fundacion-fushenfu-ecu.org/eng.htm) bought four computers with Spanish versions of Win 7 Home edition for students in their school. The Win 7 turned out to be illegal versions (pirated). The mission wants now to replace the Win 7 systems with legal versions. What's the inexpensive and non-burocratic way to replace the systems?
A couple of weeks ago I put this question on the Win 7 forum. Someone there directed me to Microsoft anti-piracy team, but I do not see a way they could help me.
Buying new Win 7 systems is out of question. Four win 7 systems cost about $800. They spend about $1000 a month to feed 200 children.
I think about deeply discounted copies offered for charities or schools. Does Microsoft or a Win 7 dealer offer such a deals?

Visited the sites. I'm hopeful we'll get the problem solved with their help. I've asked father Jan Koczy, director of the mission Foundation, to write to them in Spanish. He is fluent in Spanish, but not so in English.
