Tuesday, 16 May 2006 2:12 AMi paid for the WGA. What is the holdup on microsoft sending me the link to get my key and activate my win xp. I paid with a credit card. If i don't hear from someone soon, I'm going to call my credit card company and cancel the charge.

Please do not have multiple repeating posts... it detracts from the purpose of the forum. Also, please post in the correct section, it will help all users identify information they may need.
In regards to your order, it takes up to 24 hours to process a creditcard order, as it goes through multiple security levels and clearing houses to ensure private (and personal) information stays secure for all users. I'm sorry for the delay, please check your other posting in reference to information about submitting support requests.

I'm not 100% familiar about how credit card clearing and payments clearing goes, but I do know that its very sensitive data that must go through a few levels of security clearance.
I would suggest submitting a WGA Support case here if you do not recieve your email-product key within 24 hours. Sorry for the delay!
