    My Chase credit card was compromised. They closed the account & created a new one with a new number. This account is linked to my Money file & auto d/loads transactions when I open my file.

    I just logged in to my account at Chase & everything is the same except for the card #. Should I edit the account details in money or create a new account, closing the old one? I want to avoid any problems when money sees this new account & tries to make a mess for me. Is there a procedure I should follow to make the transition smooth?

    Disable the existing account for online access. I would then change the account number to match the new. Then set up that account for online access again.
