yakumo external hard drive(320 Giga) not detected by explorer

  Hello I have yakumo external hard drive(320 Giga) that is not detected by explorer,

  I see in the bottom right site  the possibility "to remove it " but it actually it doesn't show up in my computer

  any idea how to do it?

  I see it also on device manager, so it is connecting and running...just not visible from explorer....

  I used the same yakumo external hard drive(320 Giga) with mac and it works perfectly...I want to avoid to forma it in order to have it working also on windows...

  anyone can help?
