Is it possible to add a column "Security Groups" in a view of the Resource Center, so that we could filter on all the Project Managers for example?

You cannot add a column "Security Groups" in a Resource Center View as there is no resource field available which represents security groups for resources.
Or you could utilise the default resource field name "Group" which picks up the data from AD when Sync with Project Server. Also look at the infor Resource Information dialog box, General tab; http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/project-help/resource-information-dialog-box-general-tab-HP001225965.aspx
" Resource group Resources that share characteristics and are categorized by a group name. For example, you can categorize resources by job function and use a group name such as plumbers. Or, you can categorize resources by employment status. "
However you can also create a custom field with a lookup table for resource field and name it as "Security Groups" and then manage it at each resource level, which I presume will be a very tedious job if got huge numbers in your enterprise resource pool.
Hope this helps!
