    When I open a MS project schedule 2010 version. make some changes and try to "SAVE AS" I get a error message telling me I have a schedule older that MS proejct 2003, which I do not.

    I found if I "SAVE" first then "SAVE AS" its sometimes OK.

    Any Idea what up or suggestions other than do the "SAVE" then "SAVE AS" and hope?

    First question. Was this plan originally created in an earlier version of Project?

    Second question. Do you have SP-1 installed for Project 2010? If not, you can get it at, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/office/ee748587.
