S.MALHIS --Step #7 in the web page is where you will run into problems with trying to write a formula to do this. The only way to accomplish this would be to write a macro in the VBA programming language. You would be better off if you would download the free Hijri Calendar Add-In for Microsoft Project, available for free download at:Hope this helps.Dale A. Howard [MVP]

Dale,
I am glad to find a recent post about this, however using that link and others around the web only providesthe word document and not the actually download containing the two files needed for the add-in. The email address contained in the document for microsoft doesn't work as well. Do you know a location that has the add-in or have the files?
Thank you

Dale,
Thank you, I noticed in a couple of forums that you can change the calendar type under options and Display, however my version of MS Project 2010 only includes the Gregorian calendar and to be honest I would like both set of dates like the Hijri add-on showed in the word document, our company works in Gregorian but a project we are focused on requires Hijri dates as well. I guess what I will do is create a text field in my project and when we are done with the updates export the dates to excel, convert to Hijri and then copy-paste back into project. I really appreciate you looking or confirming that the add-in isn't available anymore, hate to use the forums to just ask "can you tell where the download is."
Thank you again
