    Hello,

I have some experience deploying and using Project server but I am just getting started when it comes to reports, Analysis Services and extracting useful data from it. I would like some tips for creating some simple reports that can be displayed in a SharePoint/Project site or printed.

    Current task:

Specifically, right now I need to create a simple report I plan to display on each project site showing which tasks from that project are late at the moment.

Does anyone have any tips or know of any guides to help with this specific task? That would be really appreciated.

I am trying to use Dashboard Designer and Score Cards.

    Thank you.

    Hi Rick,

The easiest way is to create a new enterprise field with the calculation comparing baseline finish date and Status Date for task where work is not complete. This field then insert the PWA view "task schedulle" where each team member can see project tasks.
If you want to make it using dashboards is necessary to modify the default OLAP cubes and add a new dimension attribute ("Status" available in MS project) and than by MDX filter only specific tasks.
