Unanswered ST 2013 Trial

    Anyone got any idea why the downloaded file for this trial will not either run or open? The download site says that the file is ST_2013 Trial.exe bhut the 1.44 GB file has no properties and doesn't open.

    Hi Bill,

    Is it possible something went wrong with the download, and the file you ended up with is corrupted? You could try to re-download again.

    Hi Marvin,

    I feel Bill's pain, as I have the same issue.  The resulting file, after the download (thru MS Download Manager) is not an executable file, and thus when opened, it does nothing except brings up the "Open With" dialog box.

    The downloaded file states that it is simply a "file".  I've been downloading S&T updates for years, and this has never happened before.

    Have redownloaded now three times... to no avail.  Any assistance you, or anyone else can offer, is greatly appreciated.
