Proposed Answer Client Connect Issues

    I just installed Windows Homeserver 2011 and although the installation went smoothly, I cannot load the client connect software on any of my home computers.  I get an error message that states the installation did not complete or the computer requires a restart.

    Did you do a forum search? Not clear exactly what your error message is, but this might help:

    Pending Reeboot:
    To work around the pending reboot issue:
    1. Open Regedit
    2. Find the key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager"
    3. Rename the "PendingFileRenameOperations" value to "PendingFileRenameOperations2"
