    Is there a way to boot to safe mode with networking without a keyboard or monitor?

    You could attempt to attach a keyboard and perform a "blind flight". With some luck you would hit F8 in the right moment and move the arrow down or up key as often as needed. Unfortunatley I think that Remote Desktop access will also not be available from there, so what exactly do you try to accomplish?
