I would contact the Microsoft Regional Service Center (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/support/worldsites.mspx) in your region and see if there is a problem. They should be able to assist you in receiving, or giving the reason why you havn't received your certifications yet.
On a side not, have you ordered your welcome kit through the MCP site?

Start with emailing the Regional Service Center at MCPHelp@microsoft.com
Include your MCP ID.
They will be able to assist you from there, and if you are not based in North America, to forward your request to the appropriate MCP service desk for assistance.

I started read on this forum today and many times over it seems that when Michael D. Alligood makes a post... BAM! Wayne S. Anderson is making a correction or just giving a TOTALLY DIFFERENT view on the subject.
Is this good vs evil? Is Michael being hunted down by Wayne?
I'll continue read to learn more!
