  Hi,

  there is no self-paced training kit book for 70-513 so far, but you can use the self-paced training kit book for 70-503 which covers WCF in .Net 3.5.

  And of course: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-513&locale=en-us is a good location to see the skills measured. Together with the MSDN Library you should be able to get all information you need to know.

  There is one nice book: Professional WCF 4 which might be of interest: http://shop.oreilly.com/product/9780470563144.do?sortby=publicationDate

  But I do not know any free ebooks.
