  You can skip 70-433 however you will not get awarded Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Database Developer 2008

  You mean i need complete both papers and will get MCTIP? What is the different between both of them?

  Yes, you need to do both exams.

  70-433 is a technical-based exam (MCTS) and 70-451 is a theory-based exam (PRO).
