    Hi all,

I have a problem with a certain computer: It's XP Pro (with SP2), Outlook 2003 (with SP3) and CRM Rollup 3 installed.

It's impossible to run reports - once you access the folder you get the error: "An error has occurred. For more information, contact your system administrator". You can click 'Try again' or 'Cancel'. If you click 'Try again', you get an Internet Explorer script error: "An error has occurred in the script on this page" (line 57, Char 1, Error: Permission denied). It's then possible to continue run the script (Yes/No).

When loading the CRM using Citrix, it works fine (meaning the problem is locally at the system, and not account-related). I'm suspecting it's IE7, but I tried re-installing and it didn't work.

I was thinking maybe try upgrade Windows to SP3, and then format the pc if that doesn't work out.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks a bunch,

    Guy

No, he receives the same error (but clicking 'Try again' doesn't produce the same script error).

Update: I now came across another computer with the exact same problem. Also, both of them CAN run reports using the web access.

Seems like the issue is being caused by an IE7 problem, but I have no idea how to solve this. Repairing IE7 will probaby be useless, but I will try.

    Any suggestions?
