    HI Guys

I ma trying to configure the CRM SharePoint Document managment . I have done everything according to the recomended steps . When I try to configure SP from CRM i get the below error

"An error occurred while loading the page. The URL may not have been maped in the SharePoint Server. Ask your system administrator to check the Configure alternate access mappings settings in SharePoint Central Administration."

I have tried all of the solution that comes up on google . Remove the SP adding and readd , the sharepoint is not using a secondary DNS . Although I had a permissions issue when I tried to Activate the SP adding from SP -> Solutions . WHat I did was I added the SP componenet from the SP Farm level and then added the component again from the SP site level and then it activated properly . I dont see how that will have an effect on this .

Is there a specific permissions I need to do this in SP . Desparately need help . Your time is much appriciated

    Regards,

    Saxons

From the error it appears that the url provided while configuring the sharepoint integration in CRM is not accepted.

In SharePoint you can configure alternate access mappings. Please make sure the url that you enter in CRM while configuring SharePoint is added in the alternate access mapping. Make sure you have only one url mapped per zone. You can setup alternate mapping using the SharePoint Central Administration.

    Hi Sam,

Thanks for the reply . I have checked the mapping . Can this be an issue relating to the DB Permissions on the SP database  for SP user code service user since the CRM Sharepoint component needs to be deployed in sandbox mode and  it relies on a User Code web part.

Will there be any issues in modifying the permissions ?
