Force Export Managed Solution

We had created a solution for CRM Online, initial Trial organization is now disabled. Now, have the solution in another Trial Org as managed. We have lost the Solution zip file now and want to Export the Managed solution or get those customizations so that we may use them in our On-prem CRM Org. Is there any way possible? Does Scribe have any solution/Workaround for this?

No, unfortunately not. If you have lost your unmanaged solution file there is no way to convert a managed solution into an unmanaged solution.
You might want to consider calling Microsoft CRM Online Support and requesting access to the expired trial system. You might need to purchase a subscription to get access, but this might be less expensive than manually re-creating your customizations in another development system.
