-
Friday, 2 March, 2012 6:32 AMHi,
I have configured email router with CRM 2011 and its working fine. My requirement is....
Is there a way to make the CRM tracking token invisible in outgoing mails
from the CRM system?? Our client does not wish to see the CRM reference
number in the subject line.
Please let me know.
Thanks!

- Go to the settings area
- Select administration from the left navigation
- Select system settings
- On the E-mail tab uncheck the check box 'Use tracking token'.
This will prevent CRM from including the tracking token.
If users or queues have the tracking option for email set to "E-mail message in response to CRM e-mail" CRM will still attempt to track email but will only use Smart-Matching (if enabled) which matches based on the subject and sender/recipient.
