I have a question about CRM Outlook Client synchronization from Citrix.
It works perfectly from any local session but as soon as a user synchronizes his Outlook client from his Citrix session , his activities are synchronized several times and the due date is lost .
Here are the different steps to reproduce the issue:
Create some activities in CRM
Synchronize Outlook from your Citrix session (in Outlook: "CRM>Synchronize with CRM")
Once your activities are synchronized, depending on their due date/time, some tasks are created with their reminders.
Until this step everything is fine and from a Local Session if I synchronize again, nothing happens. On the other hand, from a Citrix session, if I synchronize once again, my tasks' due date/time are set to 00:00!
I though it was just an Outlook issue but actually the DB records are updated as well and my CRM activities' due date/time are updated.
