Error message when trying to uninstall the NonProfitOrganization solution

  Not sure if this is the correct place to post a question.

  I have a solution that I have installed in microsoft dynamics crm 2011, now I want to uninstall the solution but it is not allowing me to, can you perhaps help. The error log file is as follows:
