    Hi,

    I am trying to host customer portal on a different server from my CRM application server. I managed to setup the customer portal already. But I cannot see the client-side editing tool even though I have assigned the user with portal administrator web role (It is set as authenticated user role). Is this a bug or am I missing something here?

    If I can't see the client-side tool, how can I edit the logo on the screen and where should I copy the new logo? I can't seem to find the contoso-logo.png with published files. :(

    You are correct that you should be able to see client-side editing tool with portal administrator web role. Couple of troubleshooting tips could be clearing browser cache and really making sure you are logged in as a right user in right role to website. Other than that - try latest solution and see if it works, I am not able to repro this.
