    My daughter's friend built a computer for her.  She was having a few problems and called me up for help.  She didn't know what operating system the comp had, so I had her go to My Computer, etc., and she came back with "Windows Deluxe 2010" which I never heard of.  Can anyone shed some light?

    A quick search indicates this is a hacked version of xp sp3. You cannot expect any of this stuff to work right. Get a legitimate copy of windows.

    You'll need to purchase a genuine "Full Version" edition of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install".  Example: Windows 7 Home Premium – Full Version
