Product does not pass validation

As there is no "Office XP" product, I am unsure whether you are having problems with Office validation or XP validation. If you are having problems with Office validation, please see this thread in the Office Genuine Advantage Validation Issues forum.
If you are having problems with XP validation, please see this thread in the Windows XP Genuine Advantage Validation Issues forum.
Then, please post your issue in the appropriate forum.
