Your main problem is that the OS is unable to properly read the BIOS SLIC table, which is required to be able to self-activate the OEM_SLP Key in use.You also have a potential problem with your installation of Office Enterprise - unless you acquired this through your college or employer, it is almost certainly counterfeit (despite what the report says)You need to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker on the machine's case, using the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System properties page - you may need to activate by phone.

- You can reactivate your Windows Vista installation by performing the following:
1. Click on the Start button and in the Start Search box type in: slui.exe 3 and click on the icon that appears.
2. Type in your Windows Vista Home Basic 25-character product key that is affixed to your Toshiba computer.
3. Follow the instructions for phone activation (no charge).

Office Enterprise was through an employer. I have a problem with my COA sticker, this laptop is 3 years old and the sticker has been rubbed to the point that I can't read a thing on it. I used Belarc Advisor to pull up my Product Key. There was no disc included with my laptop.

There will be a Recovery Partition. Check your manual for instructions on how to do a System Recovery (you may need to)Your problem is that for some reason, the system is unable to properly read the SLIC table in the BIOS, which is required to be able to self-activate the OEM_SLP Key with which the computer came installed. The normal solution is to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker - but you say that you are unable to read the Key there. In such circumstances, the only things you can do are1) recreate the Licensing Store - in case it's a minor software problem causing the misread2) try updating the BIOS to the latest available Vista-compliant one, from the manufacturer's website3) Contact the manufacturer direct, and see if they can provide assistance to correct the SLIC table4) a reformat and reinstall using the manufacturer's recovery media5) purchase a new license for Windows (or a new computer)The problem appears to be in the Licensing Store - please try the following.....Recreate the Licensing Store with the correct data.1) Open an Internet Browser window.2) Type: %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar.3) Find the file CMD.exe4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'5) Type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar8) Type: cd %windir%\system329) Type: net start slsvc10) Type: cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc (It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)11) Restart your computer twice. You may be asked to enter your COA Key and/or Activate. – if asked for the Key, use the one on your COA sticker on the machine’s case (you may need to activate by telephone) if there's any chance of reading it at all - otherwise use the Key you already haveOnce complete, run another MGADiag report and post back with the results.
