    I am trying to run the .exe file for one of my softwares and I get below error:

    InstallShield Error  - An error (-5001 : 0xffffec75) has occurred while running the setup.

     

    Could you help me troubleshoot this issue.

      I have tried renaming the InstallShield folder and tried but that does not works.
