Windows live Onecare is randomly turning off the antivirus and spyware

Toay my Windows Live Onecare started randonly turning off the antivirus and spyware. Sometimes I can turn it back on and sometimes I cannot. When I reboot, I get the green Onecare indication, but after a sort time it changes to red and the antivirus and spyware are off again.

PS, I tried reinstallig Onecare, but it changed nothing.
