I try to sign in and activate and get nothing

Tuesday, 24 July, 2007 12:26 AMI click activate and I get the UAC warning from Vista and I click OK, then nothing. It does not ask me for a login or anything.
Also, I cannot see other computers to add them to my circle. Is this because I am not activated?

Some features will not be available for you to test, unfortunately, as they will require activation.
