You're way off topic for this forum. If your new PC came with Vista Basic preinstalled, you can purchase an "Anytime Upgrade" license for Vista - information here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/windowsanytimeupgrade/overview.mspx
