    Hi,

I'm having a trouble with a Rule for Automatically publish the updates.

How i see (http://msdn.microsoft.com/tr-tr/library/gg430345.aspx) one of the the major  Differences Between Project Server 2007 and Project Server 2010 is the possibility of automatically approve and publish changes that occur when data is synchronized.

In my company there are 3 status manager for approve the tasks and about 30 resources. The task is created, saved and published individually in the MS project 2010 for many projects and there are automatically rules to approve and publish the tasks.

But in some cases randomly the task get the status Unpublished in the "Status update" Screen.

Someone could help to find the reason for some tasks get this status?

I tried to create again the rule but nothing change.
i tried to check the "Manage Queue Jobs" but no error is showed.

If you need some other information please contact.

    Best Regards
    ARM

    Hi, Paolo.

It's not possible that the project was checkecd-out, when the project is checcked-out appear the text "Pending" and in the field "Info" show that the publish will happen when the project is checked-in.

Found a possible answer in another thread: It's not possible to just automatically publish, then you also have to automatically approve.
