I assume when you say SP1 you actually mean PP1?

How and where are you trying to install it?

how much space to you have on the C drive of your WHS?

Have you read through the accompanying documentation?

you need to copy the PP1 update to your WHS and then from the WHS directly you need to run it (so either be sitting at the WHS if you have a monitor, etc connected or be connected via Remote Desktop).

It should all be clear in the documentation.

Ok, got it installed, now it says that files I have there are more than one same files or each. Why did it do that?

You will have to copy the file to the administrator desktop to run it.

I think it is the administrator desktop.  My Server remote desktop says

User. HPSERVER/administrator and then my server password.

I think that should do it.  Shouldn't it?

On the HP MediaSmart Server, you can't run programs (.exe files) that are stored in the shares while you're logged in to remote desktop. You have to copy the program onto the actual desktop to run it.
