    We are a non-profit organization that is providing Citizenship-licensed refurbished PCs to our clients in accordance with the terms of the Microsoft Citizenship license.  We purchase "naked" used PCs from a local supplier and are gearing up to install our licensed Microsoft Citizenship build on these used PCs for distribution.  While we build our own installation capabilities, are we permitted to have the PC seller load our own Microsoft-licensed build on the machines that we are purchasing from them?
