"Live One Care" not removing all checked folders, then it crashes.

    Question

  • They've been recomending Windows Vista Beta Live One Care, ..then aprox 4 pages in it's called Live One Care (scanner). I've been using just the scanner for quite a while and have had much sucess. Why now did the scanner crash?

This my first time asking in a forum. I followed the techs steps the lost it.

  • 1603 = fatal install error. Can you share the logs from the temp folder?

  • Dear Mr Boots: Thank you for replying. I do strive for a "0%"complaint ratio, when i work on vehicles ,(being a cerified mechanic). So i'll

take the advice and do perhaps more homework. I also believe i posted the wrong file reference too. I was too excited to post my 1st posting.

"Hey",that shows were human. I am an advovacate of "K.I.S.S" principal, 'Keep it Simple Stupid" ergo- I will attempt to be more accurate in my postings.

    Thanx again.    -the-1-mechanic
