I have inserted a hyperlink (dynamic url) in a workflow based on incident entity. Ok, when the user receive their email and click on the inserted hyperlink, CRM ask him to login... Can you know any workaround to resolve this?
The customer needs to use this link from Outlook client. My initial reason to include these hyperlink in a workflow was for sending an e-mail based on "regarding to" field because when I changed the sender user settings outgoing configuration from Oulook
to EMail Router, the user could not do link in "regarding to" and he had to click on Track in CRM for do that. Do you know if it's possible to do that automatically?
