  • Hi,

    Here are some rules for appointment deletion in MS CRM and Outlook.

    Delete From CRM
    Appointment in Outlook will only be deleted if appointment is still open and appointment start time is in the future. Past appointment (completed or cancelled) will not be removed from Outlook.

    Delete From Outlook
    Appointment in MS CRM will only be deleted if appointment is still open and it is deleted by appointment owner or organizer. Past appointment (completed or cancelled) will not be removed from CRM; nor when it’s deleted by someone other than appointment owner or organizer.

    If your appointment is in open or is in future then:

    Try after setting following registry key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRMClient\
    DoNotDeleteOutlookAppointments = 0
