my product key just doesnt work

    I want to know why my product key doesnt work? it came included with my laptop,at first I thought it was wrong but I tried different product key finder programs and they all gave me the same prodcut key...Am I doing something wrong? these are the results when I tried the microsoft genuine advantage diagnostic tool:
