Windows 7 not genuine. Build 7601. Product key IS genuine need help

  • From what i  have been seeing that Build 7601 is becoming quiet a problem. I am having the same issue that started today 9/12/12, nothing currently has directed me toward the correct direction of fixing this issue. I have downloaded the diagnostic tools and saw 100% authentic so what is the problem? Below is the report can someone supply as an explanation as to a solution from the below diagnostic report?

    2) Next press the 'ENTER' key

    3) Select your 'Country' from the list.

    4) Choose the 'Phone Activation' option.

    5) Stay on the phone (do not respond to any of the automated prompts) and wait for a person to help you with activation.

    6) Explain your problem clearly to the support person.

    That BIOS is dated less than a week after  Win7 went RTM - it's debatable whether it's a valid Win7 SLIC or not.

    That said, this is a Retail Key - which begs the question of why you have a retail Key on a machine which was supposedly shipped with Win7 pre-installed.
