The program was non-responsive


  • I have been a paid subscriber for nearly two months. This morning OneCare would not open from the task bar, only using the start menu. Even when started from the start menu it would not respond to any commands. After restarting the system it now responds. What happened? Why was it necessary to restart the system to make OneCare work for me?
