  Mareks suggestion is an excellent one.

  If you do not have the ability to run your own virtual machines, you could also try Microsoft Virtual labs:

  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/virtuallabs/bb467605

  These are a series of hosted virtual environments. They include lab guides to walk you through scenarios, but you could just go in an poke around too.  They are free to use (you will need a live ID to log in). I often recommend the virtual labs to my students as a supplement to the labs we do in class.

  Since this is an academic exam though it falls under a different scoring system so I was wondering if it was more basic than they exam types you have listed in your link i.e multiple choice type questions?
