Hi,
There is nothing like a perfect track as you specified for any learning program they are just name of certifications and their hierarchies. You are professional of which field for example in SQL Server first level is MCTS and a higher level is MCITP and then higher is MCM. While for .NET first level is MCTS and you need to pass certain MCTS exams and then you can appear for experience level professional exam called PRO which gives you MCPD. For Windows Server 2003 you have MCTS and MCP and MCSA and MCSE. So the track in which you are most experienced and best interested is the best where the first level is MCTS and its higher is MCITP.
Please mark as answer if it is appropriate or unpropose as answer if it does not help you

If you're interested in SQL Server 2012, I would recommend starting with MCSA: SQL Server and then moving on to MCSE: Data Platform and/or MCSE Business Intelligence
