You can avail of corporate training in many ways. Apart from the output that you will enjoy from your employees; your organisation stand to gain alot. I am certified with various Microsoft certifications; with these, my employer gets certified as Microsoft Partner.
There are many ways to go about this; I recently completed a Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 training susidised by Microsoft. The full training cost over €480 but Microsoft has subsidised this at €195.
