  It will be avaiable on Sep 17th http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-687. You most likely won't be able to get into the beta now http://www.mcitpguide.com/when-are-windows-8-mcitp-exams-available/ even if you could it takes like a month to get your score so you would probably be better waiting until sep 17th anyway.
