    What do you mean by "your email is blocked"? Blocked by who?

    The Candidate ID you have provided is a Prometric ID and is not your Microsoft Certification ID (MC ID).  To find out what your MC ID is, please contact Prometric.

    my email is blocked by hotmail and i just have my password but when it open they say it's blocked and i don't know what i do with that .... but how i can contact prometric

    As access to the MCP site is linked to your Windows Live account and your Windows Live acocunt has been blocked, you will need to contact your local Microsoft Regional Service Center and get them to update their records with your new Windows Live acocunt http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx

    You will also need to contact Prometric and ask them to update their records to use your new email address http://www.prometric.com/TestTakers/ContactUs/default.htm
