I have passed 70-536, 70-528 (.NET framework 2.0) and 70-547.
How can I upgrade this to a -NET 4.0 MCPD? Is this possible?

You could do it in two steps:
- First, upgrade to MCPD on 3.5 (exam 70-567)
- Second, upgrade from 3.5 to 4.0 (exam 70-523)
This requires two exams, but it is still less than you would need to get the 4.0 MCPD starting from scratch.

You'll need to hurry though as 70-567 gets retired at the end of July 2012.
