Microsoft Certification MC ID association

Hi All,
I have taken a Microsoft certification a couple of years back and I have received an MC ID, I have associated this ID with my Windows Live ID to access my MCP member site. However I haven recently taken another certification for which a new MC ID with temporary access code was provided. I am unable to see my new certification in my MCP member site. Can someone help me to associate my new MC ID with my member site, i need to download my recent certification.
