hi all

i am shifting from software development to server domain and in need for guidance for the best training videos/books to understand in depth of networks and get very good knowledge on MCITP server administrator course.

want to gain enough knowledge so that i am able to challenge others

any help/suggestions will be appreciated

TestOut, Trainsignal and CBT Nuggets all have good video training for these areas. I believe TestOut and Trainsignal also include written (via PDF's) material along with sample tests.
