What is the preferred study track to use going from MCSA 2003 to MCITP EA by first passing 70-648? What is the best study material to use to pass the 70-648 the first time?

Check out the following learning plans from Microsoft
The second one states from Windows Server 2000 howver the learning plan contains details for upgrading from 2003 to 2008 as well.
