Sharepoint from an Implementer 1 level - ?training

Hi
I need to find out about doing training from Implementer+1 - through to Implementer_2. When you click on the class numbers it tells you that the information is not available.
Course No: 10174A The Configuring & Administering Microsoft Sharepoint 2010
& Collection No: 10278 Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 Configuring.
Exam No: 70-667 Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 Configuring.
Course No: 10231A Designing & Deploying Microsoft Sharepoint 2010
Exam No: 70-668
Can someone please help direct me as to whether this is still available as an online guided course, and if so, how do I go about applying to follow through for it?
