MCITP SA v. EA

Thursday, August 28, 2008 7:20 PMIs the MCITP EA and SA like the MCSE and MCSA where as if you have your EA you are pretty much also considered to have your SA as well?
I was just wondering if it would be worth it for me to get my SA than my EA, my goal is to get my EA just not sure if I should spend my time trying to get my SA first. I will have my MCSA 2003 before I start as well. I am two exams away.

EA and SA certifications are different. They are only are similair concerning 2 exams (70-640 and 70-642). As far as deciding which one is best for you; that is your choice. It solely depends on what "job-specific" role you perform - and what you have the most proficiency in.
