You should look at doing MCPD Windows Developer 3.5

MCTS prerequisite: TS: Microsoft .NET Framework – Application Development
    Foundation

MCTS prerequisite: TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5,—Windows Forms
    Application Development

MCPD requirement: PRO: Designing and Developing Windows Applications Using
    the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

    Hi,

if you want to take the latest exams (.NET 4) you should have a look at the Windows Developer 4 track on the site Jeff gave you.
